We really appreciate you all joining our team. Due to certain events, we wanted to make it known just how your information is to be dealt with.
When signing up as a tour host, we make it a priority to keep your information safe. We don’t believe it to be right or just to use private information as a weapon or means of control, and we know just how important it is to not share it.
Your information stays secured in the same form you signed up with. The only info we will ever share is the info necessary for publishers/authors to provide you your tour copies. To further explain this, we would send your address and/or your NetGalley/Edelweiss+ email to the publisher contact or author that will provide you with the book you’ll need for the tour. This is the only instance in which we would share private information.
We consider it a necessity to make sure our hosts feel safe and happy to work with us.
